All is Well
During your journey of grief, you may feel a barrage of emotions weighing you heavily, you may feel as though you are losing your mind. And there's no place where you can go to release those thoughts and feelings. As we read the word of God which is a powerful tool to help us during our grief journey, we may feel as if God was not there and why would God allow something so hurtful to happen? Will being honest I felt those exact feelings, but I realize that the God we serve is not a God of pain but a God of love, peace, and joy, full of compassion and kindness. The Bible says in; Romans 15 v13 I pray that God, the source of hope, will fill you with joy and peace because you trust in Him. Then you will overflow with confident hope through the power of the Holy Spirit. Reading this gave me hope that God would strengthen me because regardless of my grief I still trusted Him and He was and still is my source of life. God is always amid our sorrow He's there to help carry us through our grief. All is well with my soul because my God is the source of my life.
